Each apartment is an independent living unit with complete kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. There is ample closet space, and extra storage is available in the lower level of the building. There is a laundry room on each floor. Aboveground ground garages are also available.

The major expenses for heat, water, and garbage service are included in your rent. The only other expenses you will have are electricity (which averages about $45 a month), phone, Internet, and cable TV.

Our building is extremely energy efficient with double insulated windows, and heavily insulated walls. Each apartment has it’s own individually controlled heating and central air exchange system.
